Analytics and site visits

Google Analytics 4 loads automatically on piofficefurniture.com to help us understand website use. It receives page URLs (including query strings), page titles and visit information, and may use cookies and browser or device information. The site currently has no analytics consent control. Please do not put personal information in page URLs.

We also record phone-link and email-link clicks as contact intent, not as completed calls, sent emails or confirmed leads. These custom events use a predefined page category, link placement and clean page address. They exclude the clicked phone number or email address, link text, email subject or body, chat contents, URL query strings and fragments.

AI showroom assistant

Opening the assistant creates a saved conversation. Messages you send, AI replies, timestamps and a browser-linked conversation identifier are stored in the site’s database. Up to the latest 20 messages are sent through Replit’s AI service to OpenAI to generate each reply.

Chats currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Closing the chat or clearing browser data does not delete saved messages. Do not send payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information. The assistant is automated, can make mistakes, and cannot complete a booking or purchase.

Cookies and browser storage

The assistant uses a cookie named pi_showroom_chat, set for 30 days when a conversation is created, to restrict access to that browser’s conversations. Local storage keeps showroom_conversation_id so the chat can reopen; it has no automatic expiry. These are separate from Google’s cookies.

You can block cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. This may prevent you from reopening your chat, but it does not remove the copy saved on the server. For an alternative to chat, call or email the team.

Maps, fonts and other providers

The embedded Google map connects to Google when it loads. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These requests disclose connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, to Google; Maps may also use cookies. See Google’s privacy policy.

The site and assistant use Replit hosting and AI services and OpenAI for AI replies. Hosting and service providers may process request information and operational logs to deliver their services. Provider retention and handling are governed by their own terms; this page does not promise a particular provider retention period or AI training restriction. Contact and privacy enquiries

Appointment enquiries use phone, text or email, not a website booking form. Information you choose to share through those channels is received by the business and the relevant communications providers to handle your enquiry.

For a chat request, include the approximate date and your conversation ID if available, but do not email the chat cookie or sensitive details. We may need information to verify and locate a request; this page does not guarantee deletion from provider systems or backups.
