How an assessment works

First, send the inventory and photos through the contact form, by email or by text. We review it and may ask follow-up questions or arrange to see the furniture. If there is interest, we explain what we can offer for which items and what would remain your responsibility. You decide whether to go ahead.

What affects eligibility

Several things affect whether furniture can be bought or taken:

• Condition: working mechanisms, intact surfaces, clean upholstery
• Quantity and matching: lots of the same model are easier to resell
• Brand and type: commercial-grade pieces generally hold more value
• Access and timing: floor, elevator, building rules and deadline
• Disassembly: systems furniture may need to be taken apart

What we do not promise

We cannot guarantee a purchase, a price or a full clearance from photos. Items we cannot use may stay your responsibility. Building, lease and disposal requirements remain with the owner or tenant unless agreed in writing.
